Based in Bath and led by Founder Oliver Smith, Smith Fulfilment is built on hands-on experience across brand-led fulfilment, high-volume warehouse operations and technology-led environments - shaping our approach around how founder-led brands operate.
Oliver's background spans both ends of fulfilment. Within premium, customer-focused brands such as The British Honey Company, fulfilment centred on presentation, bespoke packing and unboxing experiences that directly influenced customer perception and brand loyalty. In contrast, working within high-volume warehouse environments for brands including Lovehoney required speed, accuracy and consistent execution at scale. More recently, experience within third-party fulfilment operations such as Huboo provided direct insight into how traditional models operate as volumes grow.
Alongside operational roles, Oliver has worked within client-facing and commercial positions in technology-led businesses, including Rocketmakers and GPC Systems - working closely with founders to translate operational challenges into clear, practical solutions as businesses scale.
